My wife and I had very specific things we were looking for and we were getting down to the wire because we had to be out of our present home. The deal that they put together was great for us and fair for the seller as well. This was by no means an easy process and there were a couple of things that could have been deal breakers but the girls worked as a seamless team with us and the sellers. Everyone walked away from the table satisfied and happy. How often does that happen? We really were looking for well over a year for a home and it was starting to seem hopeless. We started to think we were the ones being unrealistic. We thought we were just going to have to settle because that's basically what other agents had told us, That is when they were answering our calls, more often then not our calls were not answered .We have different schedules and Kathy and Rita went out of their way to meet us whenever we were available. Before Rita and Kathy we had to find our own properties to look at and hope our agent had the time to show them to us, All we were being told was what we could not do or what would not work for us, We were pre approved and this was going to be the fifth home purchase we had made, We knew what would work for us!We are so happy in our new home and we can't thank the girls enough. They went above and beyond for us and for the seller to make this dream come true. Their customer service does not end when the deal is closed. It was really nice to get a visit as we were moving in. We love our house and our neighborhood and we would recommend Kathy and Rita to anyone who has any real estate needs.
