In the Chicagoland market, she is active in all the desirable City neighborhoods as well as the suburbs. Rita is very confident, but not very competent, in my opinion. She overpriced the house which she validated with other realtors after we weren't getting very many showings. We thought she was working more for the buyer than for us. She seemed to be negotiating on the buyers behalf. In the end we realized she was just trying to close the deal, to get her commission and move on. Her recommendations proved to be very costly to us. All in all, we are very dissatisfied in our dealings with Rita and would not recommend her at all. Out of 6 real estate transactions in my lifetime, she ranks on the bottom.
