I was new to the Gainesville area and needed a home fast. I saw a listing she had and called her--it was a Saturday morning. She told me that there were 3 other offers on it, but there was a house right next door, for sale by owner. She drove out the, on a Saturday, in the pouring rain, took a picture of that other house and emailed it to me. I loved it! So I called her and set up an appointment to see it on Monday morning. We wrote up the offer one hour later. She was so easy to work with--very, very knowledgeable about real estate. She went above and beyond to make sure that she answered all my questions completely. This lady really knows whats she doing. Her extensive experience made my real estate experience a real pleasure. If I ever need to buy another house or sell a house, you can be that she is the only realtor I will ever call!!

My husband and I found Rita to be quite kind, willing, dedicated, generous, intuitive, and efficient. She listed and sold our previous house and land, and then found and sold us a home in town. It is understandable why she is in such high demand in this county. She purchased a homeowners warranty for 1 year for us at closing. Thank heavens she did, for the air conditioning system and the garbage disposal went out right after we moved into our home, and this was after the home inspector told us these systems were okay.
