1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Interview 3 lenders. Please get a pre-approval letter and also ask your lender about getting a full approval so your offer is as good as cash. Find a trusted professional realtor. Narrow down your search. What is on your wish list? do you want to be in a specific school district, do you want a high walkability score, can you afford the neighborhood you want? Due to low rates, you could encounter multiple offers, budget accordingly.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire a trusted realtor. Get the house prepared for sale. Every home is different.
Curb appeal make sure it is clean and inviting since it is the first impression. Power wash the the house around the house. Put a light fixture, paint, do landscaping, paint.. paint the inside, it makes a huge difference. Change the knobs in the kitchen, add light fixtures and chandeliers.. small investment but will make everything pop up.
Exposure is the key to get top dollars for your home, We capture photos in different times of day to capture different moods.. heavily advertise on all the social media platforms., newspapers, magazine and local publications. We also offer a 5 star concierge service from small jobs to major renovation to get you high return if you are open to that.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, sellers, investment properties, 1031 exchange clients. Relocating from out of town clients. Probate and trust.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I just had a transaction where my client really wanted the house but her loan did not get approved at the end. I told her about getting a hard money loan, although the interest rates were higher, she did not mind. We saved the deal. She was happy and so was I.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My brother was a developer. I have been around it all my life.
