As a native Washingtonian, born and raised in DC and Bethesda, Maryland, Rina has close ties and lifelong knowledge of the metropolitan area. She attended Holy Child High School in Potomac, Maryland and The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, where she received a B.A. in Education. She received a Masters of Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Rina currently lives in the American University Park neighborhood of Northwest Washington with her husband and their three sons. Rina's teaching and counseling skills have been helpful to both her buyer and seller clients. She understands the importance of educating clients about the process of buying and selling real estate, and ensures they have the information they need to make good decisions. We could not have asked for a better agent. We had an incredibly stressful house hunting process but Rina had a solution for every problem. My wife and I were able to close on a home despite numerous obstacles and hurdles, and that is only because of Rina.Buying a home is a very emotional process and Rina went above and beyond to keep us sane. She really has your best interest in mind. There were many times she gave us advice that went against her own interest (guidance that would result in a smaller commission for her).My wife and I made the right call going with Rina. Rina is who you want as your real estate agent. We had the pleasure of her representing us as a buyer for our home. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the local market. Our desired area and school district is highly desired and aggressive in Washington, DC. Rina provided a consultation and took the opportunity to understand our wants and needs. A home came on the market about 2 days later and we asked her to show. We were the first ones in and decided to make an offer after discussions with Rina about offer price... she did not let us overpay and provided a reasonable offer amount well under what we anticipated. OFFER WAS ACCEPTED! Rina was in touch with us following up every step of the way via phone, text, email and physically (physical was limited due to COVID19).
