ZillowVERIFIEDMy bf and I were looking into buying our first home we didn't know much about the process. Our loan officer recommended Rigo to us. Upon meeting him for our first tour, Rigo made sure to come prepared and ready to answer our long lists of questions. He very much made us feel comfortable to ask any and all questions without feeling like we were being judged. As we kept on with the process he was very honest and upfront with us which was definitely helpful for us since it was obviously a very big decision for us to make. By the end of the process we had grown to be very open with him as if he had been a family friend for years despite only knowing him for a short period of time. He was a huge help on getting us out of our head when we started to become overwhelmed. Hopefully a couple years down the road we will look into purchasing a second home and we will forsure reach out to him even if he's in retirement lol.
