I received my real estate license in 2005 and have spent the last 18 years learning every aspect of the real estate business. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would tell a buyer to definitely take their time in the home buying search, make sure they are comfortable with every facet of the process. Furthermore make sure they are educated on the neighborhood, comps, type of construction and etc...
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I would tell a seller to make sure they have a good understanding of what the real estate market is doing in their neighborhood. Be sure to know if certain repairs or upgrades are going to receive a return on their investment or not.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of clients, first time home owners, people selling their first house and needed help to transition into another house, empty nesters wanting downsize, and people who have acquired properties through an estate or something . I Have worked with all sorts of different types of clients out there. I am confident I can take care of all of your needs.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I really am fond of all my transactions, there are never two deals that are the same, never are their the exact same buyers or sellers, there is always something different. Getting a house sold is always a reason to celebrate, whether a 50K investment house, or 500K dream home. I am literally fond of all of my transactions.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
15 years ago, I was always intrigued by sales and I am definitely a people person so I thought real estate would be perfect fit. Buying or selling a house is such a special experience, that I cherish the opportunity to help clients navigate through the process.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I graduated with a business administration degree that gave me general business understanding. I was born and raised in Wichita, so I definitely understand the economics of the city and which directions the city has appreciated or depreciated. However, the most important training I have is just my 15 years of experience in the business. There are never 2 transactions that are the same, so I constantly learn and pull information and knowledge from my past experiences to help get deals closed.
