i cannot say enough great things about Ricky regarding the sale of my home in Pasadena, Md. I live in Texas and needed to sell my house back in Maryland of which I had not lived in for 10 years. The house was previously rented and was in dire need of major work. From the beginning he was extremely attentive to my situation and provided amazing local assistance. He became my eyes and ears for the property, working day and night with contractors to get estimates and schedule the work. Within weeks, Ricky was able to transform my old house into beautiful and highly marketable property. We received multiple offers in the first week and was under contract almost immediately. Unfortunately major issues were found during the first home inspection and more work had to be done before we could close on a contract. Ricky stepped up again and worked diligently with new local contractors while I remained in Texas. He managed to expedite the work while keeping my cost to a minimum, basically acting as if it was his house and always keeping my best interest in mind. After multiple contracts, we finally closed with a great sale and all parties were satisfied. I could not have sold my home as fast or for as much with any other relator, that I am sure of. Without Ricky's tireless dedication and personal focus on my situation, I would still be struggling with that property today. I cannot recommend Ricky enough, he will put your best interest at heart and always, always be there for you the entire step of the way.
