About Ricky Cantore

Ricky was born in Howard County, MD and graduated from River Hill High School in Clarksville. As an advanced athlete and AP scholar, Ricky was recruited to play division one soccer for The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance. Ricky was a member of the Student Finance Association, Pre-Law Society, and served as an E-Board member on the Debate Council. Passionate about the outdoors, Ricky moved to Colorado after graduating to pursue his love for snowboarding and hiking. Living in the mountains of Summit County he learned the art of property management by world-renowned vacation rental conglomerate Vail Resorts. After moving up the corporate ladder for three years, Ricky was given the opportunity to take on a 164 unit portfolio is his last year living in Colorado. After leaving Colorado he spent a summer traveling the United States searching for his next great opportunity. In the fall of 2017 he was recruited by RE/MAX Advantage Realty- an invite-only brokerage that has maintained an outstanding reputation for over twenty five years. The firm is currently operated out of seven offices and covers Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, DC, and Virginia. Ricky's love for people and energetic personality have given him the motivation to quickly earn an outstanding reputation in the real estate community. Client-centric, self motivated, and always happy, Ricky is dedicated to outstanding service and creating the experience of a lifetime for his clients. You can find him on his yoga mat, at a concert, or out showing and listing houses for sale almost any day of the week!

I had the pleasure of working with Ricky when purchasing my home. He was instrumental in walking me and my friend through the home searching process, what to look for when walking through a home, a knowledge of the applications and amenities of the home, the pros and cons, what to be careful of etc.Truly a masterclass in the home buying process. However, where Ricky truly shines is his commitment to the folks he works with. He has been so helpful after we closed on the home, with big things from power outages after a storm to small things about home ownership. He truly cares about the folks he's worked with, and you'd be doing yourself a disservice to work with anyone else.
