We connected with Mallory somewhat at random via requesting a virtual tour of a Peoria area home we were interested in on Zillow. This turned out to have been very lucky, as beyond the very friendly and professional tour, Mallory has been incredibly on the ball about the home buying process (especially at times when we weren't). She has even gone completely out of her way to ensure other aspects of our move (like driving out to receive our shipped car at MIDNIGHT, days before we got there) went smoothly. Kody is straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, supportive, and extremely responsive throughout the entire home buying process. He knows the ins and outs of home purchases. He gave me great guidance. At one point, after the initial inspection, I was ready to walk away from my current home which I subsequently purchased due to serious issues with the existing roofing. He positively negotiated the replacement of the roof and advised me very positively during this process. I would highly recommend him.
