Ricky was a very huge asset to our home search in Atlanta. We were relocating from Colorado and had no idea where we should live. We were moving to Atlanta due to the affordable living. Ricky took my call on late Friday night just to answer questions about Atlanta. He listened and answered all my questions, he went above and beyond my expectations. We were still trying to decide if Atlanta was a good place for us.We flew into town only for 3 days and we sent him tons of houses that we were interested in seeing. We were sending him houses late into the night before we met with him early the next morning. He was able to communicate right away and answer questions on all the house within minutes. Once we arrived at the first house. Ricky handed packets to us explaining all houses and he had set up a plan to see all the houses in a very timely manner. (HE WAS SO ORGANIZED!!) That weekend we put in a bid on a house and was out bided but he continued helping us. After we had returned to Colorado, we found a house online. I contacted Ricky late on Thursday and asked if he could go see the house. We did a Zoom call and even recorded it so I could share it with my family. He went to that house late on Friday night. He helped put in a bid on Saturday and they accepted our bid by Sunday night. The sellers realtor that was in the closing with us stated that he had never worked with a realtor that was so easy to work with. Ricky held my hand and made the whole house buying process very easy. I had not bought a house in over 20 years. I would say Ricky was hands down the best!!!
