She was able to provide us detailed insights into the neighborhoods, potential issues, traffic patterns, etc. Aside from her incredible wealth of knowledge, she is kind, friendly and laid back(but aggressively negotiated on our behalf). Wow! We were so lucky to find Tom and Erika! We finally decided to buy a property in Sedona after renting there for several winters. After a quick trip down to view the property they were able to make everything happen long distance when we returned to Wisconsin.
