First off let me just say Mr. Shaffer is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this for a while and you can tell by the way he knows the process of selling a house inside out. He made us feel very comfortable and was very honest also he sold our house in less then a week which is amazing especially for people have never sold a home before and was a little uncomfortable with people constantly coming in going, But to our surprise we only had 2 people visit before a offer was made Which was phenomenal.
