Rick was a fantastic realtor! His deep knowledge of the area, as well as expertise knowledge of houses helped my family find the perfect house!My experience was that of a military member looking while still out of the area. Rick was patient with us as we sent him a ton of houses we wanted to look at from Zillow. He helped us really take into account what we really wanted AND needed from our new home (things such as living space, size, architecture, etc.), and that really helped us narrow down our search. I remember the first house that we asked him to show us via a Zoom call; the house had great pictures, yet he was able to respectfully point out areas that a buyer should have concerns about. I could trust that he really had my family's best interests at heart, and his knowledge on housing was really nothing I'd ever experienced before!When we finally found the house that was perfect, Rick was quick to Zoom call a walk-through and provide his thoughts.
