I was connected with Rick via an online listing service, he had no idea who I was or if I was serious about buying and I was calling all the way from California, which I'm sure would cause some people to be nervous about wasting their time. Rick and Jane visited the properties I was interested in, took copious photos to send me and even kept me on the phone as they walked around describing the properties and asking questions. When I made plans to visit Maine Rick found multiple addition properties to show me that met my criteria, and drove me around the state of Maine for two full days. In the end it was a property that Rick found that I ended up choosing. Rick stayed in constant communication throughout the process and was very responsive to all of my requests and concerns. I would definitely work with Rick and Jane again.
