ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I bought our first house in 2019, and Rick was more helpful than I could have ever guessed. The day that we moved into the house, we ended up having an issue with water in the basement. I immediately called Rick to tell him that the basement had standing water, and he dropped everything to come take a look. We figured out that it was the sump pump not responding the water level rising, and the previous owners had the piping installed too close to the edge of well wall. Before long, Rick was at the house with his power tools and materials to fix the sump pump. His experience as a builder was so important in this situation, and I don't believe we could have had a better person in our corner to help fix the issue. Along with the sump pump issue, he changed out a few outlets that needed replaced, all without asking for anything in return. In all honesty, I should have written this review in 2019, but I figured it was better late than never. Thanks again, Rick! We really love this house and all that you did to help us with the buying process!
