ZillowVERIFIEDIn or around 2017 I was looking to sell a home. I placed a request on line. Rick was the first realtor to call. He worked with me and after working out the details. My home was sold in one day. His communication on details and next steps guided my decision to work with him. When I decided to place my home on the market. He called and received an offer in 1 day. Through the years he would assist me on looking for rental properties. I decided to purchase a home when living up state. He was unable to work with me due to not living in the area. Although he provided me with information of another realtor that help guide my search. I lost my husband in 2019. Rick work with me for 2 year during probate. He worked with me to sell my husband home. During this time he had patience and again guided me through each step. I moved back to the MB area in 2021. Deciding to purchase a new home. I received daily email listing on available homes. Rick continue my search with me until I found the home I wanted. He provided me with several lenders until we found the best deal. I recently I purchased a home in January 2022. Again he was with me every step. During my close I contracted COVID 19 and the lawyers wanted to put my close on hold. According to the attorney Rick, fought with the to close my home. We conducted the close outside in a parking lot. Personally I feel he is awesome and he continue to have his customers best interest at heart. I was only able to select one option. He help me sell and purchase property.
