We were very lucky to have Wendy Shearer assigned to us. She is extremely pleasant, prompt, competent, gave us excellent advice, and could not have been more helpful. Although we needed to leave the country when the house was still up for sale, Windy took care of everything. She sold it for a fair, decent price, and we could not be any happier. If we had to give her a grade, she would definitely deserve an A+ as well.
