Rick was superb as a person and professional in helping me sell my house. Very intelligent guy. Kind and genuine. Always available, always responsive to my calls and texts. He made things quite easy for me. This was a second home and my primary residence is 3 hours away, so it was difficult for me to come up and clean everything out. Rick went so far as to do some of that for me. He also listened to my demands regarding asking price and got 15k more than the ask. Had a contract in just a few days. Rick is so damn good he sold the same condo I owned in Gainesville TWICE! True story! Rick and his family are long times friends from our time together in Southwest Florida. So, when I decided to sell my investment condo because my last child was graduating, who else would I call but my friend Rick. Even though our families are extremely close, there was no cutting corners, Rick was extremely professional and knowledgable. He met the photographer on site, he did the listing in an expeditious fashion and had me on the market in short order. With his marketing knowledge we had showings immediately and ultimately a buyer. Rick negotiated hard to get me the price he thought the unit deserved and was successful. Rick put together a contract that was fair, but protected my interests. A week out from closing the foreign buyer was unable to finalize the deal. Rick called me with the bad news and also informed me he would have it back on the market in a few hours. Much to my delight I received another phone call from Rick three hours later alerting me to the fact that he thinks he has a buyer from his network of agents and would know shortly. The next day we received an offer, for more money and accepted.
