I bought a home remotely and Velvet did walk throughs via zoom and brought my new home to my attention the day it came on the market. We made an offer that day and it was accepted that night. She coached me on our offer and we won even though we weren't the highest bid. Side note: We closed on the first house we made an offer on! She then negotiated a new roof, and met my inspectors, referred a property manager and had a cleaning service set up. She also referred me to my lenders who were exceptional through some rough federal loan changes and I ended up spending less then I anticipated! What an easy experience in every way!
