ZillowVERIFIEDI hired Richard to list my River property. It was a unique property. Richard brought me a full price buyer although I had decided to pull the listing. I expected him to rant and rave and had the right to do so. He had a lot of time and money invested. To my complete amazement he was a complete gentlemen telling me that my offer to compensate him for his time and efforts were unnecessary. He told me this was part of doing business. He turned down my offer for money. Not many nor any Realtors are going to say that nor handle my request with such grace. I was a contractor for decades. I have not met any realtor I have engaged in business with any more competence. He has a real understanding of how business is supposed to be done. I hope all that is reading this review has any doubts about Richard's competency and ethical behavior put to rest. He is a jewel of a man.
