I grew up in Prince George's County, Maryland and of course went to college in Annapolis. I have resided over 20 years in Anne Arundel County since I retired from the Navy and have worked extensively in northern Virginia. I am licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and DC, so I can help you relocate anywhere to or from the DC and Baltimore metro areas. I am proud to say that my son Richie has joined my team and has taken to this business like a duck to water! A 2009 grad of Virginia Tech, he has brought his energy and strong work ethic and considerable expertise to the team and is a favorite with the clients he works with. He lives in Federal Hill in Baltimore and is very familiar with that area. Licensed in MD and VA, he has helped propel our team to the number one in the company in sales volume for the last 4 years! I recently used Richard Taylor to purchase my condo and after 3 years, I was moving and decided to sell. My experience with Mr. Taylor was great. If I could describe him and his team, I would say they went above and beyond, numerous times. During the process, I moved and was no longer in the same state as the property for sell. I never had to worry about showings, communicating with Mr. Taylor, or the million little things which can come up trying to close.
