Rich really deserves 10 Stars!He is a warm and friendly person who is easy to talk with and puts his clients first. Richs skills in the area of Real Estate are Exceptional, and I would not want to work with anyone else. Not only is he very professional, his resources are also outstanding including mortgage contacts and his prefered title company. Rich worked with us on a unique and complex Chesapeake Bay restriction-Title issue that prevented us from selling our house. We didnt even know about it until we attempted to close on the sale. Rich first helped us acquire and move into our Dream home, and put a renter into our former house. Then, he worked tirelessly trying to solve the issue with the title company and county for over a year and during the COVID quarantine. We were able to finally close on our former house with new buyers and without any problems. We could not have done it without him.
