I recently had an amazing experience working with Adrienne as my real estate agent. Throughout the entire process, she provided exceptional service and knowledge of local real estates. Having worked with other real estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Adrienne is on a whole other level. I met Adrienne by random chance when she was assigned to me after I called a house listing I was interested in on Trulia. During this time, I had already had a different real estate agent in mind; one that a friend had recommended to me that I had not contacted yet. I figured I would take a look at the house and see if I am interested in the property first. Despite not even being my real estate agent at the time, Adrienne still went out of her way to help me answer questions and gave me useful advice. That first house ultimately ended up being the property I purchased and the credit of that feat really goes to Adrienne. Buying a home is something that is stressful for every individual going through it. You really want someone who you know has your back and I believe Adrienne is someone who really had my best interest. At no point did I ever feel like I was rushed or pressured despite going with a very aggressive escrow at 21 days. Other real estate agents I have worked with in the past, you can just tell that they wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible. During negotiations, I didn?t feel like I needed to hide what my true maximum was from my real estate agent. I was upfront and honest with Adrienne what I was willing to pay for the property. She took it upon herself to negotiate a much better deal than the maximum amount I could do. In doing so, she saved me thousands. Overall, I could not be happier with the service Adrienne and the entire Schulman Team provided during my home buying process.
