I recently had an amazing experience working with Adrienne as my real estate agent. Throughout the entire process, she provided exceptional service and knowledge of local real estates. Having worked with other real estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Adrienne is on a whole other level. I met Adrienne by random chance when she was assigned to me after I called a house listing I was interested in on Trulia. During this time, I had already had a different real estate agent in mind; one that a friend had recommended to me that I had not contacted yet. I figured I would take a look at the house and see if I am interested in the property first. Despite not even being my real estate agent at the time, Adrienne still went out of her way to help me answer questions and gave me useful advice. That first house ultimately ended up being the property I purchased and the credit of that feat really goes to Adrienne. Buying a home is something that is stressful for every individual going through it. You really want someone who you know has your back and I believe Adrienne is someone who really had my best interest. At no point did I ever feel like I was rushed or pressured despite going with a very aggressive escrow at 21 days. Other real estate agents I have worked with in the past, you can just tell that they wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible. During negotiations, I didn?t feel like I needed to hide what my true maximum was from my real estate agent. I was upfront and honest with Adrienne what I was willing to pay for the property. She took it upon herself to negotiate a much better deal than the maximum amount I could do. In doing so, she saved me thousands. Overall, I could not be happier with the service Adrienne and the entire Schulman Team provided during my home buying process.

I am so glad I had Daniele to help me with my first home purchase. I highly respect his approach with integrity and care. He was patient and available for any questions and would provide more information than I expected as well as share his knowledge. He communicated throughout the process diligently with the lender, seller agent, escrow company, inspections, and HOA so that I could continue my normal daily life. Making decisions could be stressful and intense at times. Scott absolutely knocked it out of the park for us. TLDR: We made an offer on only one, very competitive, house. Entirely thanks to Scott, we got it. If we could give a higher rating on negotiation skills in particular, we would. My partner and I were first-time home buyers, completely overwhelmed by both the process as well as the market we were in, which was the worst it had been in years. Scott had endless kindness and patience for our need to see endless houses - we saw probably 50-60 before finding the right one. Once we did, we tried very hard to keep our hopes in check because all of our friends were telling us stories of making offers and not even being able to get a counter. Things got competitive and my partner and I were telling our families that we didnt get the house - until Scott called us one morning to tell us it was ours if we wanted it. We still arent sure how on earth he made this happen, but we could not be more grateful to him for making it happen.
