Richard represented me in a sale of a long-term family residence in Southampton. I noticed Richard taking copious notes in our initial meeting, then his knowledge of the unique Hamptons Real Estate Market was nothing less than impressive. He provided all the info necessary to confidently decide on a listing price, and then quickly pulled together the many activities to list our home on the market. Almost immediately, there were a continuous flow of showings. Then the offers started rolling in. Richard provided great advice on which was best for my unique situation. After the home was under contract, Richard added exception value. There were a few repair items, the buyer wanted addressed, as a result of the home inspection. Richard recommended local contractors, who performed great quality work, at fair prices, quickly. Then, his professionalism hastened a smooth, hassle free closing. Richard is very sincere and personable. I truly enjoyed working with him. In fact, my only regret was that we didn't find the time to celebrate the sale with a nice dinner as we discussed. Richard Rawdin was our Real Estate Agent when we were selling our late mothers house on the water in Hampton Bays NY. The house was on the market for approximately a year and half during probably one of the least favorable time to sell a house in the price range of 1.5 to 2.5 million (2019 and 2020).
