Our transaction was extremely challenging not only because my Aunty the buyer was on the other side of the world (Kuwait)and me in Downey representing her but also getting lied by a bad lender letting them go in the middle of the transaction then jumping to another lender group that had very bad communication with us the client then Kuwait daytime hours being hour night time hours ugh , this was hard more than once felt like we had no hope, almost lost our offer because of the bad lender and even felt like giving up but no matter how challenging things got Richard was always there to emotionally and mentally help us jump back up and keep fighting. When something seemed off on the communication because different people would say different things at the lenders office ,he always jump in front of the line to see why and educate us on the wording we didnt understand and if theres something we were not happy with he would speak up for us not caring who would get bothered always making our satisfaction his priority and always putting us first no matter how busy he was. Thankfully after a 35 day battle and going back and forth today September 30th we did it ,we finally closed. A lot of learning happened while being in Escrow and thats that there are a lot of people in real estate and lending world that care about the business and getting paid BUT we still got that one person that very small group of people that care about closing but most important THEIR CLIENT and lucky us we got blessed with one and thats you Richard.
