Realtors are a dime a dozen, but Richard is truly a gem! He was there for me through the entire process, start to finish. He never pressured me into something out of my budget and really listened to what I was looking for. He was agile and would meet with me at the drop of a hat.The moment we put it an offer on a house, it was evident that he is skilled when it comes to negotiating. He would offer solid advice and then get down to business with the seller's agent. In a hot market, he was still able to get the house 4K under asking!Once the seller accepted the offer, the real magic happened. Richard, his awesome team, and my amazing lender worked flawlessly together to make the process go smoothly. I was lucky enough that one of my coworkers had just bought a new home. She was the one who recommended Richard to me. Here is little bit of our story... I had originally been talking to another realtor and after 6 months of speaking with her not once did she show us a listing or a home.... I share this with you because after speaking to Richard for 15 minutes he had put me on a list to receive emails for homes in my price range and area. With in that 1st week Richard worked around my schedule and had made appointments to start showing us homes. We had a few offers that were turn down and we had an offer that was accepted. After going through inspection with this home my husband and I had decided it was not the right home for us. Richard told us not to worry that he would find us our perfect home and soon after we put in an offer on a home we wanted and it was also accepted we are now proud home owners. Richard and his team were always available and answered my questions so that I could understand the home buyer language lol. The lender we worked with through Richard was also great. Thank you all so much and if I ever want a 2nd home I know who I can trust. FYI Richard moves fast if you are looking for a home be ready to MOVE he will find you your dream home! I'm happy this is something less I no longer stress over. Good luck future buyers or sellers.
