Richard, help my husband and I find a nice Condo on Dickerson Road. He answered all our questions very promptly. He is great to work with and gets back to you quickly. Richard helped me find a perfect house. Because there were several bidders he wrote my offer such that I was able to amend it and get it accepted. Later he represented the buyer of my previous home. Richard went above and beyond in helping me find a house for my son who was going to UNR. I live in Sacramento, so Richard did all of the leg work for me and narrowed down the properties to a minimum based on what I wanted. Made it so much easier for me. I didn't have to keep going back and forth to Reno. After we were in escrow, his follow up was superb. We had a lot of little pesky repairs that needed done and he took care of all of that. I will use hime again for sure.
