He knows this market very well and even suggested an additional inspection that would never have occurred to me. That extra step helped me decide against a property that would have cost thousands to repair once discovered. Rich has his client's best interests at heart and he will be completely honest and transparent with you. He provides his opinion when asked and goes out of his way to make the arduous task of home buying as easy as possible on his clients. The end result was the perfect home at a great price. ZillowVERIFIEDRichard has a lot of local knowledge, but I had to constantly contact him for updates. He rarely reached out to keep me informed. The last I heard from him, he asked me if I wanted to see a particular house, and I said yes, and gave him 3 other houses I was interested in. Never heard from him again.
