Very disappointing interaction. Richard is the owner/ agent of a rental townhome I applied for, as well as an experienced realtor. I have a disability and am not working while getting medical treatments so my well qualified father applied as guarantor. Richard was late to the viewing and also didnt have the keys so it was a short viewing since he was then running late for another appointment. Richard texted me after emailing the applications to my father and I to make sure we received them. We filled them out, signed and emailed both back. Richard said he would review and contact me the next day, Monday November 23rd. I reached out to him and Stephanie at his office later in the week with no response. Friday morning (the 27th) I texted Richard to find out if the application was approved. He later responded he had aEURoechosen an applicantaEUR? without telling me why my application was denied even after I asked him. Landlords are required to tell applicants the basis for denial under federal laws including the FCRA after running a credit report, and to provide an Adverse Action notification letting the applicant know the reason and how to access the credit report that was run. Richard never responded which I found very unprofessional and would not want him as a landlord. The townhouse listing is still up on Zillow , 12/05/2021.

Richard has great knowledge of the Nashville real estate market. And at the end of the day we were happy we got to know him. He is also hard working and we knew he had our best interests in mind at all time. Perhaps most importantly he had the contacts to bring in the clients who were interested in our property. And at closing both buyer and seller (us) felt they had gotten a great deal. I would recommend Richard to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home in Nashville. He made the whole process a lot easier and more enjoyable.
