He knew the areas we were interested in. He was patient and got to know us, fine tuning our needs. He didn't waste any time, he did his homework, printing up comps and showing us listings. We had lots of options. If we had questions, he had answers we needed. Rich was always available. We remained in touch through the years, recommending him to anyone we knew who would sell/buy because of our pleasant experience. 7 years later, for health reasons in 2018, it was necessary for us to downsize from our 2 level condo to a single level place. We would only list with Rich as our realtor, who we knew would customize to our needs. Our condo sold quickly. He then prepared comps and proceeded to find us our next home. Being both a Buyer and a Seller with Rich Broere, we will continue to recommend him from start to finish. Thank you, Rich!

ZillowVERIFIEDRich was referred to me as a condominium real estate specialist. Having previously tried (unsuccessfully) to sell my unit a few years ago, I was skeptical, but decided to try again. The property in question is an Upper Birchwood unit in Sagamore Hills, Port Jefferson Station. There were numerous showings in the first few weeks, and I received, and accepted, a reasonable offer within three weeks of putting it on the market. Rich also helped me to coordinate with a mason and an electrician to perform minor repairs that were required for the appraisal. I would recommend him very highly.
