Easily the best realtor that we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He doesnt't really work for you as much as he works with you. Extremely knowledgable and conscientious, he goes that extra mile to make sure you are aware of all of the options and that your requests are taken care of quickly and accurately. We ran into several misunderstandings with the mortgage company that he expertly handled because he listened to us and knew what we wanted. Buying, selling, and relocating is stressful enough. Rich minimized all the potential drama and stress. We couldn't have asked for a more professional experience.
