We recently sold our home and bought a new one and the whole process was incredibly smooth. Rich and his team kept us updated frequently through emails. They also sent us a lot of information on what to expect in both the selling and buying of our homes. Great real estate office with a very professional staff. They were excellent communicators and offered services beyond expectation. Shane Vetter was the reason that we found our home. He is relentless in his efforts to find the perfect home. His listening skills are acute when touring homes so that he makes of mental note of your impression of the property. I cant say enough about Shane from his pursuit to finding the property and his negotiating skills in securing the property. Once we signed the contract Chris Toepper communicated the service they provided to their 360 home connect which involves changing utilities,cable, etc. to make the move more manageable. Great experience !

We chose Rich Toepper based upon other reviews and I'm totally happy with the service. His came out and had already prepared an estimated appraisal based upon other real estate sales and listings in our area. He suggested listing price which was actually above the ZIllow estimate. We signed with his Keller-Williams agency. His associate took fantastic photos showcasing the home and property. When the listing went live we had 12 showings the first two days. Long story short our home quickly and went under contract and sold significantly over asking.The Toepper team was great informing us throughout the entire process. I feel confident Rich Toepper Keller-Williams was our best choice and I recommend his agency to others looking for a great real estate agency.
