Prior to real estate I was a civil engineer that designed housing developments and commercial site plans from concept to construction, including surveying and designing septic systems. Experienced Property Manager, services include but are not limited to: monthly billing, maintenance, inspections, thorough tenant screening, representation for DE Landlord/Tenant matters in court, if needed. My family and I are long-time Delaware natives, I am a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School and graduated from University of Delaware with my bachelor's degree in engineering. My spouse is also my real estate partner, we have 3 boys and enjoy bike riding, site seeing, vacations, driving up on the beach and helping others.
