He works with a mortgage broker which makes crunching numbers and knowing exactly how much each house will cost per month much easier. Hes responsive and good at handling a particular person like myself. He knows a good home inspector, and makes sure any work that needs to be done is done. Hes a great real estate agent.

He was communicative and easy to get a hold of with prompt responses through the entire process. Any time I had a question I would send a text and he would get back to me in most cases immediately. Some times I felt like I asked too many questions, but Rich always responded quickly and with a smile. Rich helped us with deciding which upgrades would be most beneficial and which ones to skip.
