I highly recommend working with Rich Marin. He sold our home and was the point person for coordinating everything from the estate sale to trash removal and cleaning. This was incredibly valuable as we lived out-of-state and needed a trustworthy partner to handle all of our needs. From the moment my husband Mike and I met Rich, we loved working with him. He didn't make us feel like just another customer or house sale to profit off of. He was friendly, personable, and always listened to what WE wanted. Rich helped us find the home that we are right now starting to raise our daughter in, and it was only because of him that this happened. To begin, Rich sent a list of homes to look at, and this was done pretty consistently based on an assessment of our preferences and areas we desired. From the moment we saw the house we wanted to see, to the point where it became the house we wanted to buy, Rich was there helping us through and in the fastest most efficient way possible. He got an appointment for us to see our home immediately and when we wanted to make an offer right away, he coached us through, especially since there were two other people/families putting in offers. Not only did we land the house the same day as our offer, but he helped us get the inspection done the next day, as well as helped us get set up with a lawyer and mortgage company (this was only after asking if we needed it, not selling or pushing in any way). Rich continued to be with us every step of the way; we could contact him by phone/text and he would get back to us always as soon as possible and with what we felt were upfront and honest answers. We saw our home on June 7th and closed on August 15th. Rich was there at the walk through, closing, and was smiling ear to ear just like us when we walked away with the keys. I am certain to some this sounds cheesy or almost like a made up fantasy, but this was just our experience and perspective when working with Rich. If you need someone to hire, Rich will get you the home you want by addressing YOUR needs and preferences, making sure you are satisfied one way or another. I can't imagine using another realtor again; if we ever leave this wonderful home that we bought for our baby girl, we're going to call Rich first and foremost. We couldnt have been more pleased with our selling experience. Rich walked us thru every detail. If we had questions, Rich was quick to respond and made us feel like we were his only clients. He kept us in the loop at all times, and even had a wonderful handyman to correct a few minor issues that came up in our inspection.
