Leslie is very responsive, reliable and proactive in pursuing opportunities and gathering information. She quickly figured out exactly what we were looking for and presents new interesting houses on a regular basis, along with all the info about the house, the neighborhood and the type of sale. She somehow manages to always accommodate our schedule for viewing houses on a sometimes very short notice. I look forward to finally closing a deal with her assistance.

I can honestly say that without Leslie we would have never closed on this home. Her attention to detail, expert negotiating skills, professional concern for us as a client and her wonderful personality/demeanor made the process enjoyable and even fun. I attribute our 30-day (total) on-time closing (which included Christmas, New Years and Martin Luther King holidays) to Leslie?s ability to expertly manage the transaction. Leslie Rudy is a wonderful realtor, and came highly recomended by a family friend after my husband and I expressed our interest in finding a new realtor who truly cares (as you know, they can be hard to find). We had been working with another realtor who was clearly looking out for himself and after 1 meeting with Leslie, we knew we needed to switch! I cant tell you how happy weve been since we started working with Leslie. She always has our best interest at heart and its like night and day compared to our earlier experience. Were first time home buyers and we dont have a lot of experience so its nice to work with an honest and caring realtor who really wants to help us find the right house for our family. Her profesionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are appreciated, and her responsiveness is exceptional as she ALWAYS treats us like were her #1 client. If youre looking for someone who really wants to help you, and cares about you and/or your family, then you would be lucky to work with Leslie.
