If I could, I would give zero star for this agent. He promised that seller will move out and give us key on time and have house clean. But he never checked his client's moving situation and still let his client use old key to enter my house to get his stuff. And Rick just ignored our complaint. Don't trust him. After he got his money, he just ignored what he promised and no response at all.

What I like most about Rich is he made the home buying process seamless by being pro-active instead of reactive.The communication with him and his team is great, and you always have up-to-date information.
