ZillowVERIFIEDIf I could, I would give zero star for this agent. He promised that seller will move out and give us key on time and have house clean. But he never checked his client's moving situation and still let his client use old key to enter my house to get his stuff. And Rick just ignored our complaint. Don't trust him. After he got his money, he just ignored what he promised and no response at all.

Actually, I was a buyer-on-a-heavily-accelerated-timeline-that?was-definitely?NOT-planned-and-on-a-budget.Mario was referred to me by a realtor I reached out to when I first started my search. I explained *why* I was in the market as well as what I was looking for. After listening to me, Mario asked some questions, and calmly recommended modifying my search criteria to not only prop me for (eventual re-sell) success but to also allow for me to be a bit more comfortable.Through the 4 months of searching, we went through more properties than I could count before we found my top 3.He guided me through the process (sometimes TOO calmly, which worried me) and was always available to answer any questions I may have about the process, the property, and any other miscellaneous thing.Overall, I had a great experience with him.
