Rich is a native of South Carolina and has always had a special love for the Carolina coastline. He is Partner and Chief Financial Officer of S.H. June & Associates with an accounting degree from the University of South Carolina. Rich brings years of experience to the table, working in the commercial real estate and property management financial accounting field for more than two decades. In addition to his duties as CFO, Rich will oversee the company's commercial real estate division.

Rich is one of the, if not the best, realtor in the Grand Strand area. From day one, Rich got to know myself and business partner to see what kind of rental portfolio we were looking to establish. From that initial meeting, I don't think he's stopped searching for potential units in the Grand Strand area. With the market being crazy lately, he also reached out to other potential areas in SC. Rich is always quick to response any hour of the day to give advice or to draft a contract. He has personal experience with rental properties so he always willing to provide insight from his knowledge in helping us negotiating or thinking of scenarios we would've never thought about. Again, Rich has such a great genuine personality which is needed when finding a home or commercial investment.
