They toured my property and gave me a much more targeted plan on what to work on which drastically cut down on my expenses. Once the house listed we accepted an offer on the first day for full asking price. Closing took some time as there were extenuating circumstances with the buyer and Covid-19 was just causing shutdowns. Rich and Grace stayed in touch during this time and handled all communication with the buyer and the lawyers.
