1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

You'll want to get with a Realtor that provides accurate information, in a timely manner. As a Broker as well, I train new agents on the process when working with new buyers, explaining the entire process.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Use a Realtor that will properly market your home, give an accurate analysis, and make recommendations to improve any property issues, while not spending a large amount to sell your home. I also pay for professional photographs and video.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

First time buyers, military relocation, sellers, investors.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have several, but this is one where I sold a home, and the people on the other side of the transaction had stressed my client to the point she ended up in the hospital. Fortunately she was okay, and we actually went to her other home to sign the closing documents. She had tears in her eyes thanking me for getting her through it, as this was emotional from the beginning, because her husband had recently passed away. That was a proud day for me, knowing I helped someone who was in a tough emotional and physical place.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

As a former military member, I loved the idea of helping military members relocate, as I knew the difficulties involved. It was a natural fit, and now I am able to work with all types of people in any situation.
