Rich earned his real estate license in 2006 in Denver, CO. He specialized in distressed properties and worked with banks, asset managers and investors on short sales and bank-owned properties. Rich moved to Seattle in 2008 and has expanded his services to include working with residential homebuyers and sellers as well as investors. Rich goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are taken care of and feel comfortable throughout the process. Rich and his team helped me lock down a great investment! I got referred through a friend of a friend, looking for a property in Seattle for short-term rental. Rich helped me narrow the field quickly (most condos inSeattle do not allow STR) and start checking out properties. He is easy to communicate with - responds promptly and accurately for anything I needed. This was essential when trying to buy during a time of rapidly rising interest rates.After closing , Rich went above and beyond in dealing with a problem from the previous owner. They did not stop their STR account and failed to disclose this. I had a stream of guests arriving shortly after closing - time that I planned on using for updates. While the income stream from taking over the account was nice, it was a major wrench in my game plan. Rich did everything possible to help smooth over multiple issues, including furniture delivery and internet access. I would recommend him to anyone in the Seattle area.

Rich was an excellent agent from start to finish. We were first time home buyers and he was very insightful throughout the process.One of us got COVID right before our signing date and the escrow company wouldn't work with us to maintain our original close date. Rich went above and beyond by gaining approval from escrow to work with another escrow company to perform the notarized signing in a safe manner. We were able to close on the original date and WE COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL!
