No. Chances are, Rich has already fixed it at least once himself, and can tell you how to do it, or who to get to do it, right down to the best products to use. He knows absolutely everyone, and dials the right person faster than a speeding bullet! He has saved our bacon on several problems, and comes up with creative solutions. His eyes positively light up and you see the gears turning, as he turns over various solutions. We needed a very special house, that was both handicap accessible, and able to accommodate our home business, including a big printing press, on pretty short notice. He got us our perfect property and we had a contract on it in a week. He guided us, counseled us, and gave us excellent advice.
