After a successful career in mortgage lending spanning nearly two decades in which I helped literally thousands of people make sense of the home mortgage process I decided to apply that acumen to helping my valued clients to make sense of the home selling process. Because of my vast experience helping people finance and buy and sell their homes I am well-versed in taking you through every step of your real estate journey - from listening to your needs, to listing and marketing your home for sale, to negotiating on your behalf, to making sure the sale actually closes (on time), to finding you the perfect neighborhood, to locating your fabulous new home, to negotiating and closing the deal. I am a local market expert in southern Wake County in the following communities: Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Holly-Springs, Apex, and Raleigh (27603) which spans from downtown Raleigh to almost Fuquay-Varina and beyond. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Begin with the end in mind and that would be; how do you intend to pay for your new home purchase. Unless you have cash that you are willing to part with, you should start by speaking with at least two (2) different lenders and get a Loan Estimate *in writing*
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Rarely in a real estate transaction do both parties have equal leverage. Just because an agent has a large team doesn't mean that you are going to be receiving service from with that person. The number one duty that a listing agent has to it's selling client is to negotiate vigorously on their behalf. My Team consists of season veterans of the real estate veterans and ALL negotiations are handled by me personally!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
As a state and federally licensed mortgage loan officer since 1996 I have unique experience on the mortgage side of the transaction that enables me to leverage that knowledge to the benefit of my clients. As result, my clients enjoy a 100% success rate for my clients who have gone under contract.
