I researched the Top realtors in Westford. Provided a detailed questionnaire to all of them. Based on that narrowed it down to 4 to come to the house for an interview. Rhonda & Duane were different to the others. It was about us and our home. After getting to know us Rhonda was very specific as to answer what was valuable in our home and to what type of buyer. We had a lot of value we were unaware of. There ended up being a 25% (!) difference between the lowest and highest (Rhonda) suggested listing price. While Rhonda was the highest she made the most logical and compelling arguments how she got to that price. I know if the professionals had a 25% difference we would have left many hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table had we tried to sell by owner. Let alone the staging she did, the handymen she had to do some of the repairs and suggestions, the attorneys, the videographers etc. etc. She was extremely repsonsive, very communicative, exceptionally knowledeable and in the end we closed for much higher than we had expected and significanlty above the other realtors suggested listing. Rhonda and her team are phenomenal!

Sandra is one of the most spectacular agents Ive ever met. She is personable, professional and knowledgeable. She wasnt afraid to say that she didnt know the answer to something, but always got us an answer and quickly! Sandra was always willing to go wherever the house was that we wanted to see and she was never late. Our family got our first home partly because of Sandras dedication and positive attitude. Sandra really worked for us and as first time home buyers, she gave us the confidence we needed to push through. She also had access to a ton of contacts in every area (our inspector and attorney were both recommended by her!) She is a go getter and never made us feel like we werent important, nor did we ever feel she was leading us astray. She was amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. I hope shes still in real estate when we look for our next house!!!
