Michelle is an absolute gem. We found her by good fortune through interest expressed in a property posted on Zillow. That property didnt work but Michelle used great questions to narrow the search for our aEURoecabin propertyaEUR? in the mountains. What we were looking for was pretty unusual and since it was to be a getaway as opposed to our primary residence, we could be patient to wait for the right property to come along.Michelle stayed in consistent contract with us over a period of almost 9 months before the right property became available. Whenever something promising popped up, Michelle was extremely accessible and quickly got us the information we needed. Michelle gets an A+ for responsiveness.Michelles real value and considerable skills really came into play when we finally found a great property and prepared to make an offer. She helped us through the offer process and was somehow able to get our offer accepted even though there were multiple offers with some higher than ours. But Michelle was just getting started. Her guidance and assistance through the escrow, inspection, and contingency release process was simply amazing. She has great connections and resources and really knows how to get stuff done effectively. From the acceptance of our offer to closing, we were well-informed and extremely well supported. Kimberly was a stark contrast to agents we'd worked with in the past, who would not be on top of getting us a showing on a house we liked and the house would end up in contract before our appointment. Not Kimberly! She's so motivated to help her clients find exactly what they want and she is prompt and punctual, always a step or two ahead. She made it clear to us early on that her motivation was finding us a house that ticked all our boxes and one we'd be happy with, "even if it took six months." We felt bad that she kept taking us to all these houses but we were like the princess and the pea, always finding something that we weren't crazy about. But, she never made us feel rushed or tried to push us toward anything in the interest of making a sale like other agents do.She was always quick to respond to our questions whether they be emails, texts, or voicemails. She was always quick to go digging for additional information to save us time, like finding out a house had permitting issues saving us the effort of making an offer and having it come up later, or getting us quotes from insurance broker friends of hers so we would have an idea what we'd be paying in fire insurance (which eliminated some houses from our consideration). These things all saved us a lot of time and energy and allowed us to hone in on the home we'd eventually choose. And I must say, she has a talent for quickly learning a client's tastes and what they appreciate in a listing which was helpful for us as we lived several hours away and to come up for a weekend, stay in a hotel, and see a bunch of houses for a couple days can get old pretty quickly if they aren't houses you're interested in! The itineraries she'd put together were always efficient, and the listings were always in our wheelhouse.She's a workaholic and it's clear that she loves connecting people with the house they love. I don't think we could have had a better experience navigating these crazy times of such lopsided demand over supply. She never doubted we'd find the house that we were both crazy about, and she was right!
