Kimberly was a stark contrast to agents we'd worked with in the past, who would not be on top of getting us a showing on a house we liked and the house would end up in contract before our appointment. Not Kimberly! She's so motivated to help her clients find exactly what they want and she is prompt and punctual, always a step or two ahead. She made it clear to us early on that her motivation was finding us a house that ticked all our boxes and one we'd be happy with, "even if it took six months." We felt bad that she kept taking us to all these houses but we were like the princess and the pea, always finding something that we weren't crazy about. And I must say, she has a talent for quickly learning a client's tastes and what they appreciate in a listing which was helpful for us as we lived several hours away and to come up for a weekend, stay in a hotel, and see a bunch of houses for a couple days can get old pretty quickly if they aren't houses you're interested in! The itineraries she'd put together were always efficient, and the listings were always in our wheelhouse.She's a workaholic and it's clear that she loves connecting people with the house they love. I don't think we could have had a better experience navigating these crazy times of such lopsided demand over supply. She never doubted we'd find the house that we were both crazy about, and she was right!

My husband and I needed a realtor in the Sacramento area and used Zillow to start our search. Zillow matched us with Michelle Eckles and what a great match that turned out to be. Within minutes of being matched Michelle reached out to me and within the hour we had a telephone conversation to get to know each other, and I was able to let her know what we were looking for. Within that first hour of being matched with Michelle, she had created a portal for us and was sending listings that met our specifications. Because we were moving from the Central Valley to the Sacramento area (a three-hour distance), there was some coordinating involved in touring houses.
