About Rhonda Finney

I love the Bradenton/Sarasota area with its gorgeous white sand beaches, blue gulf waters and amazing lifestyle the area offers. Over the years, we have been fortunate to have lived and enjoyed homes in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Anna Maria Island. We have four children in their 20s, Nelson, our Cavalier King Charles, two wonderful daughters-in-law and excited to welcome our first grandbaby in 2017. When we're not assisting our clients buy and sell homes, we love walking the beach, sailing, cooking and, whenever we have the opportunity, traveling the world. I was born in Ontario and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia before following in the footsteps of my father and brother who are accomplished real estate professionals. We would highly recommend Duane and Rhonda Finney whether you are buying or selling in Sarasota/Anna Maria. They have been working in the area for many years and clearly know the market trends and neighborhood idiosyncrasies. We found them highly responsive to any calls, emails or suggestions even as our search extended to over a year. But their real value became apparent during the inspection and closing process when time is short and attention to detail can save you from costly mistakes and oversights. Duane took the lead on setting up all the inspections, thoroughly read all the closing documents and clearly had earned the respect of the closing attorneys. You can certainly work with a larger firm but I dont think you will find better personalized service. Good luck!
