Rhonda has lived in this area her entire life, so she's known all along what others are just now discovering - that this area is both a place of great beauty and a great place to live. A real estate professional since 2005... Rhonda is Owner/Broker of the Morganton-Lake James Office. Growing up, she lived in Old Fort in McDowell County, and has lived in Morganton for the past 26 years with her husband Jack. She actually met her husband at Lake James in the summer of 1989 and they have been together ever since. Being from the area, Rhonda really knows her way around Marion, Morganton, and Lake James. She obtained her GRI (Graduate of REALTORS Institute) in 2006 and loves being a member of the ERA Mountain View Properties team. Rhonda also has her SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist) Designation to better help advise her buyers and sellers, as well as her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation. She is a member of the Burke and McDowell Board of REALTORS, and MLS' where she serves on various committees with both. She is a member with the Chamber of Commerce in both counties. Wanting to help with all that the beautiful downtown area of Morganton has to offer, she is also a member of the Downtown Development Association. She is also a member, as well as well as Past President of the Morganton Service League. She is also currently on the Board of Directors for the United Way. Needless to say, this beautiful area is particularly special to her. She loves taking short day trips to Asheville, Blowing Rock, Charlotte and other close by towns all within 45-75 minutes of Morganton and Lake James. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and playing at the lake, golf, tennis and simply spending time with friends and family.
