ZillowVERIFIEDCalled about a lake house In Edwards Mo on stagecoach rd. We called the realtor to take a look at it. We get there and we love the place. Rhonda the realtor ended up being the sellers neighbor and friend and def didnt have our best interest. Beware what you sign. We got caught up in the excitement of buying a new place and we were def not happy about her negotiation skills and wanted to find someone that had our best interest and she said we had signed a 6 months contract so we couldnt buy anything in 6 months unless she received something from it. So please beware with her. Make sure you absolutely know what you are signing. We made that mistake. If you are looking at stagecoach come with your own realtor. To us she didnt have our best interest.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe listed our lake property with Rhonda after having it listed with another area agent for the 9 months with no offers. Rhonda met us on a holiday weekend although having company in for the weekend. She came completely prepared to list our home to the extent of bringing multiple copies of documents eliminating us having to sign, transport to our home in KC only to scan and return. She thoroughly explained the process and how she works and would represent us as a Seller's agent. She was organized and confident and made an efficient use of our time. She kept good on ALL her promises and commitments, was incredibly responsive and available to us. We were selling under very difficult circumstances and it gave us comfort to know that she was handling the sell of our home. She brought us a FULL PRICE offer within the first week! We believe that this was because she took time to stage the photos of all the pictures of the property, made certain that it was on a beautiful, sunny day. It was incredible! She ended up representing both parties but at no time did we ever feel as though OUR best interests weren't first. This property was a second home for us so there were times that we relied on her to "check in" on things and she was always happy to oblige. She even negotiated the sell of some of our personal items with the buyers. In the end the closing date was accelerated so she met us halfway to make sure the documents required on our end were available at the time of close.We have bought and sold a number of home in our lifetime and this was the most professional, comforting experience we have ever had! I can't say enough positive things about the experience except, I wish that she was authorized to work where we are looking to buy our next home!D&d
