When my parents (who live out of state) decided to buy a home in close proximity to mine; we chose Rhonda. She immediately got to work, finding listings, searching for what we wanted and communicating throughout the very short process of her finding the home for my parents. Once she found what we thought we wanted she went to work ensuring any questions we had were answered and worked to ensure any concerns with the home were addressed. She sought out all answers and corrective actions necessary prior to us providing an offer! Once the offer was made she worked relentlessly to negotiate what we wanted and the price we were hoping for; which she secured in days!!! She was always available via text, phone, email and made herself available in person whenever needed. When we closed on the home and were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the home she rectified the situation, on her own accord, immediately!! She was so knowledgeable, outgoing, and professional we used her a second time (while the first house was still closing) to obtain another listing from her.
