Rhoda was referred to me by a close friend. I had some other realtor referrals as everyone starts throwing them at you when they learn you're starting to house shop and my friends referral for Rhoda was 3 whole paragraphs about how great she was. It made the choice very easy for us. I work in sales myself and every time Rhoda responded to me much quicker than any expectations I could have reasonably had, she was always professional and was extremely helpful to us as a FTHB. She really let us find the things we liked about the houses and she made it her job to point out things we may have issues with. For example she made a point to look at things like dates on the hot water heater etc. When we found the house we liked the most, she was extremely helpful with the offer process. The day of sellers off review I honestly believe Rhoda is a reason why we were able to get under contract. We were the last of two matching offers and Rhoda was unrelenting to get ours accepted that day while the other interested party was unresponsive. It was our third showing and our first offer which was accepted in this crazy market. Her referrals for a mortgage broker and contract have also been great. We had a few hurdles that really took some creative solutions and this is an example where everyone she refers her clients to have the same professionalism and work ethic as her. I would highly recommend her for anyone purchasing or selling a home. She was amazing.
