Rett Harmon is an author, community advocate, and contributor to the real estate industry. He is both an active agent and co-owner of Century 21 Novus Realty. Rett began selling real estate in 2001 while attending the UWG where he earned his B.B.A in Real Estate. C21 Novus is currently growing with 47 agents, 12 staff, and over 600 properties under management. Rett actively lists and sells real estate, and leads Rettro Group, the team that he formed in 2018. Rett enjoys sharing relevant best practices through video, contributing to real estate publications, and speaking at industry events. He is an Eagle Scout, has ownership in 9 companies, and is passionate about Reels for Easter Seals, a non profit company Rett started in 2016 that raises money for local Easter Seals. Rett and his wife Jenn, stay on the go with their three children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating and spending time outdoors.

Rett and his team are great! He really understands the housing market and was able to answer all my questions. He was open and honest about selling our house and what to expect. Everyone at the Retro Group has been great to work with. Although my home was large at just under 10,000 SF and there were not a lot of buyers in the West Georgia area, these guys kept up their efforts until they found a buyer and made the deal. I appreciate all of their hard work!
